Local Business Accelerator is Now Accepting Applications for Winter Cohort

Attendees will learn about choosing the right business structure (LLC, S-Corp, partnership, sole proprietorship), writing operating agreements, contracts, and protecting intellectual property. Hosted in partnership with the Vermont Small Business Law Center, Vermont Law & Graduate School. Space is limited to 18 participants, and RSVPs are required. Afternoon refreshments will be provided.
