Join us for a special evening with VTDigger at The Hub in Rutland on Wednesday, October 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. This event is an opportunity for readers in the Rutland region to engage in a meaningful conversation about the importance of access to high-quality, nonpartisan local news. Attendees will learn about VTDigger’s latest initiatives, share their own news and information needs, and provide valuable feedback.
The evening will feature remarks from VTDigger reporters, senior leadership, and board members, including Carolyn Meub and Gaye Symington, followed by a Q&A session. It’s a chance to connect with the people behind the news, ask questions, and discuss the role of journalism in Vermont.
Thanks to the support of the Vermont Electric Power Company, the event is free to attend, but space is limited. Light refreshments will be provided, and a cash bar will be available.
